Should every Lithuanian child learn to recognise opportunities, take responsibility, embrace mistakes, and create value before finishing school? Andželika Rusteikienė, CEO of Junior Achievement Lithuania, believes so. Currently, one in four Lithuanian students participates in the organisation's programmes; this is expected to rise to half within two years and to involve all children within three years. If her team succeeds, Lithuania will become a country where initiative is evident not only among entrepreneurs but also among craftspeople, doctors, and scientists. This mission is also endorsed by JLA Chairman of the Board Vladas Lašas, Co-Founder at Skubios siuntos and by Rytis Laurinavičius, Co-Founder at Omnisend and Chairman of the Board of the Education #1 initiative.
