Xavier Bouriot, a French Chef, is a special guest of the Tipping Point 2018. He will turn traditional Lithuanian autumn goodies into culinary masterpieces with a French twist. Xavier Bouriot has been part of kitchen crews in the famous restaurants Lucas Carton, Mishel Rostang, Auberge des Templiers, Guy Savoy, where he sought knowledge from top-level chefs Alain Senderens, Guy Savoy, Gerard Boyer and Alain Ducasse. In 2017, he was accepted to Les Disciples D'Escoffiers, an organisation in charge of culinary heritage of the legendary August Escoffier.
The TIPPING POINT Presents Fanfara Transilvania, a Roma band from a mountainous village in Romania now rocking musical festivals all over Europe. The village and the band are frequented by maestro Goran Bregovic. The band consists of eight men, all members of musical dynasties, who started playing before they started speaking. Their music comes from the bottom of their hearts and they do not need notes. Traditional Romanian music mixes with Balkan rhythms, dub flows into jazz and then continues in the funky mode – irresistible invitation to the dance floor.

Band members refer to themselves as to a flock of smiling friends ready to take off up to the Milky Way. From the very first chords of their hits „Lūpytės“ or „Saulė šviečia“ there is no other choice but to rave. Do you need any more reasons to call them to the stage?
